2. Where is your clinic located?

Our IVF clinic is located in Batumi, Georgia, a modern city on the Black Sea coast. Georgia has become a popular destination for fertility tourism due to its advanced clinics, experienced specialists, and favorable legal framework for surrogacy and egg donation. Our main clinic is also located in North Cyprus.

3. Is surrogacy legal in Georgia?

Yes, gestational surrogacy is legal in Georgia for heterosexual married couples and long-term partners who can prove medical infertility. Intended parents are recognized as the legal parents from birth. However, current regulations may not permit surrogacy for single individuals or same-sex couples.

4. Can international patients receive treatment at your clinic?

Absolutely. We welcome patients from around the world, including Turkey, the UK, Germany, and beyond. Our team speaks English, Russian, French, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, and Georgian, and we offer full coordination for international patients, including visa support, accommodation guidance, and travel assistance.

5. What is the success rate of IVF at your clinic?

Our clinic’s success rates vary depending on patient age, egg quality, and treatment type, but on average:

  • IVF with own eggs (under 35): 50–60%

  • IVF with donor eggs: 65–75%

  • IVF with donor eggs + surrogate: up to 75% per transfer

We use the latest lab technology and personalized treatment protocols to maximize success.

6. Who are your egg donors?

All our egg donors are:

  • Aged between 21–32

7. What is the typical timeline for an IVF cycle?

A full IVF cycle usually takes around 4 to 6 weeks, including initial testing, ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, fertilization, and embryo transfer. If you are using a donor or surrogate, coordination may extend the timeline slightly.

8. How does the surrogacy process work?

Surrogacy involves several key steps:

  1. Medical screening and legal agreements

  2. Creation of embryos via IVF

  3. Embryo transfer to the surrogate

  4. Pregnancy monitoring and support

  5. Birth and legal parenthood transfer

Our team manages the entire process and ensures both intended parents and surrogate are supported throughout.

9. Can we choose the gender of the baby?

Yes, gender selection is possible through preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A) for medical or family balancing purposes. Please note that legal permissions may vary depending on your country of residence.

  • IVF

  • IVF with egg donation

  • Frozen embryo transfer (FET)

Contact us for detailed pricing and available discounts for international patients.

13. Will we need to travel more than once?

Not always. Many patients complete testing and begin medication in their home country. We then coordinate a single trip for the egg retrieval and/or embryo transfer. In surrogacy cases, travel is usually required at the beginning and for the birth.

14. Is psychological counseling available?

Yes, we offer emotional support and psychological counseling to intended parents, egg donors, and surrogates. We believe that mental wellness is an essential part of fertility care.

15. Is there an age limit for IVF treatment?

We typically accept patients for IVF using their own eggs until age 45, depending on medical evaluation. For treatments involving donor eggs or surrogacy, age limits may be extended on a case-by-case basis, focusing on overall health and safety.
