Our 3 Attempt Treatment Refund Program
Our Treatment Refund program covers up to 3 IVF attempts for donation programs, fresh embryo transfer, and any subsequent transfers of frozen embryos originating from such attempts.
This program is for women aged up to 50 years (as determined by the law), who meet the eligibility criteria described below.
The refund program is an ideal option for couples who wish to undergo IVF, but still worry that in case of failure they would not be able to afford any further attempts to have a child of their own.
Of course, we cannot guarantee that our IVF attempts will all be successful. However, our high success rates allow us to implement a refund program.
If you join this refund program with money back guarantee, the entire amount paid shall be refunded if no
clinical pregnancy is achieved, i.e. no fetal cardiac activity is detected by ultrasound at seven weeks gestational age.

Terms and Conditions
- The IVF program with donation programs includes up to 3 fresh embryo transfers,
as well as subsequent transfers using frozen embryos originating from previous
cycles. - The suitability of embryos for freezing is the decision of the embryologist.
- In vitro fertilization performed for a fresh embryo transfer may provide a surplus
of embryos that can be cryopreserved for later use. According to the applicable
legal framework, couples are to consent to using all cryopreserved embryos
before undertaking a fresh treatment cycle. Meaning, between the two IVF
cycles, couples who have selected this package shall have the frozen embryos
transferred at no extra cost. If pregnancy is achieved and you wish to keep the
cryopreserved embryos, there may be an additional yearly cost per year. - Couples who intend to join this refund program shall sign an agreement with our
IVF Center setting out all relevant issues to ensure that the rights of both
contracting parties are protected (i.e the IVF Center and the couple). - If the couple chooses a donation program with 3 attempts, all procedures should
be completed before the woman reaches 50 years of age, this is a requirement
by law.

Most women describe IVF as uncomfortable rather than painful. Hormone injections may cause mild discomfort, and egg retrieval is done under sedation to minimize pain.
The program is available to women up to 50 years old, as required by law, who meet the medical eligibility criteria for IVF and donation programs.
If pregnancy is achieved and you choose to keep unused frozen embryos, there may be an annual storage fee. Travel, accommodation, or additional donation services may also carry extra costs.
Yes. Couples joining the program must sign a formal agreement with the IVF Center to protect the rights of both parties.
Because it provides financial protection, multiple attempts, transparent terms, and is backed by high IVF success rates.
